Backstory -
Taza Zamora, the bandoned son of pirates, partially raised by a corrupt priest (whom he does love like a father) and partially raised by the streets of the coastal city of Tan-Tan. Since he was a kid Taza would pick fights with everyone he could, mostly adults, and he'd quickly garner a reputation.
In his teenage years he'd start an infamous street gang, then proceed to date the leader of a rival gang. They were arrested together, spent months together in prison, then they broke out and broke up, they couldn't handle spending that long with each other. He'd then date the smart daughter of a rich merchant, which got him to start studying - she had to move away however and he couldn't go with her, because she went by ship and Taza is terrified of the ocean.
After some more years he'd pick a fight with the wrong person, a mysterious knight at a bar. The knight absolutely wrecked him, in a single blow they'd leave Taza for dead with a gaping hole in his chest. He died.
Once Taza got better, he realised he was alive without a heart - he was then invited to join a secret organisation of warriors, the sabers of Atan-Atlas, an order lead by a powerful sapphire dragon. From there he swore an oath to continue to fight and seek greater and greater glory.
The campaign then begins as our heroes come together and Taza, with his enormous ego and endless bravado ended up taking sort of a pseudo leader role, despite his lacking intellect and blunt, albeit successful, methods
