Backstory -
Before this scallywag cursed the shattered isles with his presence he was not nearly so infamous. Having been part of the order of the Stormwatch under Sir Hector. However he found himself far too chained down by it all, he yearned for freedom, so, one stormy night, he snuck into Sir Hector's chambers as he slept. He brought his blade down onto Hector's body, many many many times - his screams shroudded by the crack of thunder.
After that he took to the sea, finding his most loyal crew member, Moby - then his first mate, Alma. His quest for dominion over the shattered isles has just begun.
Medraut is a dangerous man, a psychopath through and through. He's idealistic but also calculating, everything he says and does is part of his plots and strategies. He's well read and notably charismatic.
