Backstory -
The 13th child of the Queen of darkness, once he learned of the "Tower of Eternity" he took to traveling to the prime material plane in order to find and attain its power.
The power he does have is that of his voice. Araingétte can control the heart of mortals, influence them in combat and even summon the servants of the fey court of darkness to fight in his place.
His fey form is unstable in the material plane however leading to his body changing wildly with his intense moods.
